Chiranga Alwis

Chiranga is an Associate Lead - Site Reliability Engineering at WSO2.

Prior to joining WSO2, Chiranga was an intern in the Carbon/AS team at WSO2 where he had mainly contributed to Carbon Kernel 5 and Application Server projects.

He holds a bachelor's degree in software engineering from the University of Westminster. Among his educational achievements, he was part of a team which became 2nd runner-up in the World Citizenship category of 2015 Microsoft Imagine Cup National competition.

Chiranga is a keen follower of sports such as, football, rugby and cricket and is a Manchester United fanatic. He also enjoys reading novels and watching movies.
