Dehami Koswatte

Dehami is an Associate Technical Lead based at our office in Colombo.

He initially joined WSO2 as an Intern for the Identity & Access Management team, where he was responsible for migrating SAML SSO-related implementations into OpenSAML3, re-implementing WS-Federation using Apache CXF, and building a connector for the WS-Trust functionality.

Dehami has a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from the University of Westminster, UK. For his final year research project, he introduced an optimized method to detect duplicate questions in the programming community Q&A platforms using semantic text similarity and hashing. He co-authored a research paper based on his final year research project and was a national-level swimmer in the past.

Dehami enjoys watching movies, playing video games, contributing to open-source projects, and swimming during his leisure time.
