Dilan Perera
Senior Software Engineer
Dilan is a Senior Software Engineer based in Colombo.
Prior to joining WSO2, Dilan was a Research Intern at the University of Colombo, where he was responsible for building a framework for EEG-based emotion recognition.
Dilan has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Colombo School of Computing, Sri Lanka. In 2021, he won the gold award at the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Awards (APICTA) as well as silver awards in 2022 at the National Best Quality Software Awards (NBQSA) and SLASSCOM’s National Ingenuity Awards for developing an online examination monitoring platform project.
In his spare time, Dilan enjoys photography, watching movies, and playing online multiplayer games.
