Fazil Fairooz

Fazil is a Marketing Officer in the Marketing team, specializing in video content marketing. He is based in our Colombo office.

Before joining WSO2 full-time, Fazil interned at WSO2, where he was responsible for video production and editing, marketing video content, and motion graphics design.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology – Interactive Media from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology.

Fazil was involved in award-winning short films, including Railway Whispers and Lost in Deep, both of which received national recognition. During his studies, he gained experience in UI/UX design, digital marketing fundamentals, filmmaking, app development, and 3D modeling.

In his free time, Fazil enjoys cycling, watching movies, writing scripts and poems, and exploring creative storytelling techniques.
