Haritha Hasathcharu

Haritha is a Software Engineer based at our Colombo office.

He first joined WSO2 as an intern, where he was responsible for implementing Database Introspection support for the Bal Persist module.

Haritha holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology and Management from the Faculty of IT, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. For his final-year research project, he designed and developed an explainable handwriting biometric system using denoising autoencoders and SHAP-guided LLM interpretations.

Outside of work, Haritha enjoys watching anime, listening to classical and jazz music from Japan, and occasionally playing the guitar.
