Hiranya Abeyrathne

Hiranya is a Technical Lead working at our office in Colombo.

Before she joined WSO2, Hiranya worked as a Software Engineer at Eyepax IT Consulting Pvt Ltd. She was responsible for developing new features for an international Web API Project.

Hiranya has a BSc. Special degree in Computer Science (1st Class Honours) from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka.

For her final year research project she developed an automated model for identify crime patterns and criminals’ through Modus Operandi features. Her research interests are in the fields of IoT, Data Science, and machine learning.

Hiranya enjoys listening to music, traveling, driving, and watching movies in her spare time.
