John Paul

John is a Senior People Operations and Admin Officer based in our Bangalore office. He focuses on employee life cycle management, recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and employee development.

Before joining WSO2, John worked at VMware as an HR Advisor and Mobility Coordinator. In this role, he managed the employee life cycle, handled employee relations cases, and supported stakeholder management.

John holds a Master’s degree in International Business with a specialization in Finance from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore.

Outside of work, John is a passionate footballer. He has represented Bangalore in the All India University Football Tournament and has achieved several accolades in his football career. He also enjoys coaching football, driving, and spending time with children—spreading joy, fun, and happiness wherever he can.
