Lakshan Banneheke

Lakshan is a Senior Software Engineer working in the IAM team based in Colombo.

Previously, Lakshan was an Intern in the IAM team, where he was responsible for automating the tenant and user deletion in Asgardeo, automating the analytics of Asgardeo databases, and developing an extension to integrate AWS Secrets Manager with WSO2’s Carbon Secure Vault.

Lakshan has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. In his final project, he developed a system to achieve energy efficiency in containerized applications deployed on edge clusters using the brownout approach.

In his spare time, Lakshan enjoys playing cricket and badminton, watching Formula 1, movies, and TV shows.
