Lakshan Weerasinghe
Senior Software Engineer
Lakshan is a Senior Software Engineer working on the Ballerina team based in our office in Colombo.
Prior to joining WSO2, Lakshan was a Software Engineer Intern at Proavos Labs, where he was responsible for implementing new features for their Departure Control System.
Lakshan has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. In his final project, he developed an automatic speech recognition system for the Sinhalese language using time delay neural networks.
In his spare time, Lakshan enjoys traveling, reading blogs, and cricket.
