Lia Agustin

Lia is a Senior Marketing Officer based in our Colombo office.

Before joining WSO2, she worked as an Associate at Acuity Knowledge Partners, where she supported branding and advertising strategies for a U.S.-based client in the asset management sector. She executed advertising campaigns across Google Search, digital display, and paid social platforms. Lia also served as the in-house subject matter expert on advertising for financial marketing services—regularly conducting internal training sessions and mentoring graduate interns.

She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Management and Digital Innovation from the University of London, graduating with First Class Honours. Lia was recognized with an Academic Achievement Award by the University of London Examinations Board for her outstanding first-year results and received a Letter of Commendation for her third-year GPA.

Outside of work, Lia is passionate about fitness and enjoys working out at the gym—always with a 2000s rock playlist in the background. She’s also a dedicated dog lover and volunteers with Tails of Freedom, supporting rescue and rehabilitation efforts.
