Luz Helena-Carvajal

Luz Helena Carvajal is a Lead Account Manager based in our Bogotá office.

Before joining WSO2, she worked as a Territory Account Manager at Oracle, where she was responsible for maintaining, growing, and cross-selling a portfolio of named corporate accounts across Latin America.

Luz Helena holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Strategic Marketing from EAN University in Colombia. She recently completed specialized studies in NeuroLeadership, which have strengthened her ability to collaborate and lead effectively within teams. She was also part of Oracle’s Digital Transformation Leader Program and was honored to join the President’s Club in FY23.

In her free time, Luz Helena enjoys being outdoors and embracing the freedom that comes from connecting with nature. She also practices yoga, running, and dancing. Her family is her top priority—they love to travel together, go to the movies, and find joy in each other’s happiness.
