Martin Carrig

Martin Carrig (“Marty” or “MC”) is Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer at WSO2, based in the United Kingdom.

Marty brings nearly three decades of experience across finance, commercial strategy, revenue operations and executive leadership, predominantly within high-growth global technology companies.

Prior to WSO2, he was Vice President of Revenue Operations at SambaNova Systems, leading key aspects of go-to-market operations including deal strategy and negotiation, forecasting, revenue operations and board reporting. Earlier in his career, Marty held senior finance and commercial leadership roles across the technology and telecommunications sectors. At Apigee, as EMEA and APAC Director of Finance and Deal Desk, he helped build and scale the company’s international operations and was part of the team through its IPO and subsequent acquisition by Google. He continued at Google Cloud, supporting EMEA and APAC commercial strategy, pricing and complex deal structures.

Marty later served as Senior Director of Global Deal Desk at ForgeRock and held senior commercial leadership roles at DataStax and Couchbase before joining SambaNova. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Outside of work, he enjoys travelling with his wife, Kellie, and their two sons, George and Harry.
