Martin Jones

Martin is a Director - Senior Enterprise Architect based in Australia.

Prior to joining WSO2, Martin worked at the University of Edinburgh for 17.5 years as an Integration Architect. He was responsible for architecting and building the University's Integration Service, which connected all its major IT systems, with particular success in online payments and finance systems, as well as estates and student records. He was frequently nominated for "Colleague of the Year" during his time at the University and was often invited to speak at conferences.

Martin holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Queensland University of Technology. He also holds a WSET Diploma in wine and is particularly interested in building reusable services using open-source software.

Martin enjoys playing the trumpet in a symphony orchestra, wine tasting, and swimming.
