Nikeshala Samanthilake

Nikeshala is a Senior Officer - People Operations based in Colombo.

Prior to joining WSO2, Nikeshala was the Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition and Resourcing at London Stock Exchange Group (LESG), where she was responsible for recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles and managed the sourcing, hiring, retaining talent, process management, and data analysis.

Nikeshala has an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, UK, a qualification in HRMfrom the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Sri Lanka, and Qualifi Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the London School of Marketing, UK.

In her spare time, Nikeshala enjoys listening to music, dancing, watching movies, and spending time with her family.
