Palak Jain

Palak is a Senior Sales Development Representative – APAC, focused on business development and based in our Bangalore office.

Before joining WSO2, she worked at Versa Networks as a Senior Business Development Representative – APAC. In this role, she was responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, conducting training sessions for fellow BDRs, supporting partner onboarding initiatives with the channel team, assisting with bid management for the India team, and maintaining detailed functional documentation to ensure smooth operations.

Palak holds an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, India.

Outside of work, Palak is passionate about dance and has a deep love for travel, cultural exploration, and social media. A dedicated foodie, she especially enjoys discovering and savoring vegetarian cuisines from around the world.
