Rajat Mehta

Rajat Mehta is the Regional Sales Director – Asia at WSO2, where he leads the company’s growth strategy and enterprise expansion across India and South Asia. With over two decades of experience in enterprise technology and the financial services industry, he has a strong track record of driving digital transformation and delivering high-impact modernization programs for leading institutions across the region.

Before joining WSO2, Rajat held senior leadership roles at Backbase, Intellect Design Arena, and FIS. In these roles, he led regional go-to-market strategies, built high-performing teams, and drove sustained revenue growth through complex, multi-year transformation partnerships. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to several industry-defining digital innovations for prominent organizations in India and globally.

Rajat holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from NMIMS, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET), DAVV, Indore. He is passionate about technology-led innovation and its ability to help enterprises accelerate modernization, unlock new business value, and create meaningful impact at scale.

Outside of work, Rajat enjoys staying active through fitness, sports, and outdoor pursuits. He is an avid reader and music enthusiast who enjoys exploring new interests and perspectives.
