Rakhitha Ranathunga

Rakhitha is a Technical Lead based in our office in Colombo.

Before he joined WSO2, Rakhitha worked as a Software Engineering intern at IFS R&D International Sri Lanka. He was responsible for design and development of a token-based authentication architecture for IFS Applications.

Rakhitha has a bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Computer Science and Engineering, from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. For his final year project, Rakhitha was part of a team which worked on a deep learning based system which could extract semantic content from comic books.

Rakhitha enjoys reading, watching sports, TV series, and movies, and casual gaming during his leisure time.
