Ramal Weerakkody

Ramal is a Lead - Account Manager based in our office in Colombo.

Before he joined WSO2, Ramal worked as a Quality Engineer (Intern) at Sysco labs. He was responsible for testing POS machines /web applications, writing test cases, and test plans.

Ramal has a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Business Management from the University of Westminster. He has been the entertainment director of the Students’ Union of IIT, past treasurer in Rotaract club of IIT, and past treasurer in Toastmasters club of IIT. Ramal has also volunteered for an AIESEC project in Italy, where he was the Vice President of the Organizing Committee for this project.

He enjoys playing the bass guitar, photography, travelling, volunteer work, and is a huge football fan.
