Richard Monge

Richard is a Director, Enterprise Sales based in USA.

Prior to joining WSO2, Rich served as Regional Vice President at Flexera, where he led sales across US New Logo, LATAM, Brazil, and Canada. He was named Global Sales Leader of the Year in FY 2025 as Flexera's top-performing sales leader. He previously led the Great Lakes Enterprise business at ServiceNow. Rich is a seasoned enterprise software sales leader with nearly three decades of sales experience and 14 years of experience leading high-performing teams across Security, GRC, Big Data, and IT workflows. Throughout his career, he has led teams serving some of the world's largest organizations, consistently navigating and closing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise transactions.

Rich holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Rich is an avid golfer and fitness enthusiast who enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
