Shalki Wenushika

Shalki is a Senior Software Engineer and based in our office in Colombo.

Shalki initially joined WSO2 as an intern in the Ballerina team, where she was responsible for developing a request/response validator for WSO2 API Manager Microgateway in Ballerina.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. For her final year research project, she worked on an Intelligent Hotel Recommendation System where she was responsible for developing a part of speech tagger for the Sinhala language to analyze social media data.

Shalki enjoys painting, listening to music, watching movies, and traveling.
