Shamodya Hasantha

Shamodya is a Senior Software Engineer in the Customer Success team and based in our office in Colombo.

Before he joined WSO2, Shamodya worked as a trainee Network Engineer in the Network and Communication Service Unit (NCSU) at the University of Peradeniya. He was responsible for building a Software Defining testbed for educational and research purposes as his final year project.

Shamodya has a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. He was President of University Explorers club, University of Peradeniya in 2017/2018 and also an active member of the university's boxing team.

Shamodya enjoys reading, writing, and hiking.
