Shashini is a Lead - People Operations based in our office in Colombo.
Prior to joining WSO2, Shashini worked as a Global HR Business Partner at IFS, where she partnered with business leaders on global talent and people matters, aligning HR practices with business strategy and driving key people initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management, talent management, and organizational design.
Shashini holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wolverhampton.
Shashini enjoys travelling, exploring local and international cuisines, dancing, and discovering new experiences. She is also a self-confessed coffee lover.
