Silvia Colorado

Silvia is a Senior Account Manager based in our office in Madrid.

Prior to joining WSO2, Silvia worked as a Customer Success Manager at GÜO Tech, where she was responsible for strategic account planning with key accounts to achieve mutual performance objectives and building long-term relationships with decision-makers to achieve renovations, upsells, or cross-sells.

Silvia has a bachelor's degree in Advertising from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogotá, Colombia, a master's degree in Sales, Marketing, and Digital Strategies from IEBS in Madrid, and is certified as a Scrum Master from European Scrum.

In her spare time, Silvia enjoys hiking in nature, using her bicycle as her favorite mode of transportation, listening to music, attending events, and spending time with friends. She also loves a good meal and traveling.
