Raphael is a Senior Account Manager based in our office in Colombo.

Prior to joining WSO2, Raphael worked as a Senior Business Solution Engineer at Informatics International, where he was responsible for identifying customer requirements, documenting and coordinating new changes and requirements with the internal development and implementation teams, and implementing requirements both onsite and offsite including customer training.

Raphael has a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Westminster, UK.

In his spare time, Raphael enjoys music, playing video games, spirituality and meditation.
