Thilan Dissanayaka

Thilan is a Security Engineer focused on Application Security, based in our Colombo office.

Before joining WSO2 full-time, he worked as an Intern Software Engineer at the company. During his internship, he conducted research on token validation in edge computing and developed a command-line tool for the Ballerina programming language.

Thilan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Information Engineering from the University of Ruhuna.

As an undergraduate, he contributed to several industrial projects, including the development of an AI-enabled smart grid system in collaboration with the Lanka Electricity Company (LECO).

In his free time, Thilan enjoys reading books and listening to music.
