Tori is a Director, Product Marketing - AI based in our office in USA.

Prior to joining WSO2, Tori most recently led Product Marketing at Gainsight, where she launched the company's AI, agentic, and AI Native Services product offerings while leading and shaping Gainsight's global platform and product positioning. A senior product marketing and go-to-market leader, Tori has held marketing and product development leadership roles at several technology startups.

Tori is a contributing author to Product School's Product-Led Growth Micro-Certification course and Gainsight's Digital Customer Success book. She is also a Marketing Professional of the Year honoree, a former Tampa Bay Business Journal 30 Under 30 recipient, and a frequent speaker and presenter.

Tori enjoys DIY home projects, reading, and spending time with her family.
