Wickram Bagawathinathan

Wickram is an Associate Lead - Site Reliability Engineering supporting Customer Success - Integration Cloud Technologies and based in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Before he joined WSO2, Wickram worked as a Software Engineer at IFS R&D International. He was responsible for CRIM services implementations and IFS FSM, PSO product technical support for North American customers.

Wickram has a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT). As part of his final year research project, his team implemented an ontology-based resume ranking tool to minimise the cost of human resource and human errors. He served as the Deputy Head Prefect of the school and was the house captain during 2013/ 2014.

Wickram enjoys playing computer games, traveling, hiking, listening to music, and spending time with his friends and family during his free time. He also loves to make new friends.
