Yasas Mendis

Yasas is a Senior Software Engineer in the API Manager team at WSO2. His interests are in Java, Deep Learning, and Computer Security.

Before he joined WSO2 as a Software Engineer, Yasas worked as an Intern in the WSO2 API Manager team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science at the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. For his final year research project, he worked on building a deep learning model for API analytics to detect anomalies.

Yasas is a PADI certified Advanced Open Water diver who loves to dive in different dive locations. Also, he enjoys reading technical articles, listening to music, traveling, and watching movies.
