The global pandemic has accelerated the move toward digital interactions with consumers, making customer identity and access management (CIAM) an essential requirement as enterprises worldwide seek to establish trusted relationships with these users. WSO2 Vice President and Deputy CTO of Security Architecture and IAM Prabath Siriwardena will deliver a session on how organizations can advance their CIAM maturity to meet these demands at Seamless Identity Middle East 2020.The virtual event will be presented on November 16 – 17, 2020 from Dubai.
User experience plays a critical role in creating first impressions and subsequently gaining customers’ trust and loyalty whether they are interacting with government institutions, corporations, or other organizations. Prabath will examine how CIAM addresses this demand while ensuring secure digital interactions in his talk, “A Maturity Model for Customer Identity and Access Management.” In this session, he will explore the different maturity levels of CIAM, from the basics to predicting user behavior and enabling decision making. Additionally, he will discuss how organizations can determine their current level and how to address existing gaps in order to digitally transform with CIAM. The session is being held on Monday, November 16, at 12.50 a.m. (GST).
