Business Operations Team

Business Architect - CTO Office

United States | Remote

About the Role

The CTO Office defines and drives WSO2’s global technology vision. As a Business Architect, you will act as a strategic extension of the CTO, ensuring our technology direction is effectively communicated and executed across customers, analysts, partners, and internal teams.

This is not an administrative or coordinator role. It requires blending program management expertise, strong communication skills, and technical understanding to amplify the CTO’s impact.

The role is global in scope and provides leverage to the CTO by turning strategy into clear content, structured programs, and impactful engagements. Having a dedicated presence in North America ensures close alignment with the CTO’s time zone and direct coverage of the region, where many of our most critical customers, analysts, and partners are located.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Engagement

  • Support the CTO in high-profile executive-level customer and partner meetings.
  • Prepare strategic briefings, follow-ups, and insights to ensure outcomes influence product and field priorities.
  • Translate key takeaways into structured guidance for product, field, and engineering teams while building trusted relationships  to strengthen WSO2’s technology positioning.

Analyst and Industry Programs

  • Manage content for analyst briefings and follow-ups, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Track and report on analyst feedback, turning insights into clear actions for leadership.
  • Coordinate CTO participation in industry events, forums, and thought leadership activities.

Content and Communications

  • Develop executive-ready content, including platform strategy decks, keynote materials, analyst positioning notes, the WSO2 elevator pitch, and a cohesive multi-product narrative that ties together OS, Engine, Core, and Platform.
  • Translate complex technical strategies (i.e., platformless architecture, modernization, integration, etc.) into clear narratives for both business and technical audiences.
  • Ensure consistency of CTO Office messaging across global channels and teams.

Program and Initiative Management

  • Own and drive CTO Office programs such as Customer Advisory Councils, global forums, and internal strategy reviews.
  • Coordinate the program structure and related activities of internal events.
  • Lead content strategy and execution for CTO Office initiatives.
  • Track progress, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on initiatives.
  • Act as the central connector between CTO priorities and sales, product, and engineering teams.
