Job Summary
We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented legal professional to join our global in house legal team. You'll handle a broad mix of contracting, compliance, regulatory, and corporate law work in a fast moving international environment, and take real ownership of the matters you manage.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft legal contracts and documents, advising internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Manage your portfolio of matters independently, taking ownership from instruction through to resolution.
- Develop deep familiarity with company policies, legal templates, and licensing models so you can respond to queries from across the business quickly and accurately.
- Contribute meaningfully to team discussions, drawing on your own work to share knowledge and improve practice.
- Deliver consistently against team SLAs in a global, multi-timezone environment.
- Proactively research legal issues and stay ahead of developments relevant to your area of work.
Qualifications and Skills
- A law degree is essential; bar qualification is an advantage (or may be required depending on location); law firm training is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on commercial contracting and corporate law.
- Exposure to compliance and regulatory matters is a plus.
- Experience working across time zones in a global organization is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine curiosity, a willingness to keep learning, and the work ethic to follow through.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
