About the Role
As an intern in procurement, you’ll gain hands-on experience to handle supplier negotiations, create purchase orders, verify transactions, and maintain essential reports. This role is a unique opportunity to build foundational skills in a dynamic, real-world setting.
What You’ll Learn
- Managing end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier coordination and negotiations.
- Creating and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verifying supplier transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Learning how to manage cross-country procurement and handle transactions in multiple currencies.
- Maintaining and updating procurement related reports.
- Developing strong organizational and communication skills in a professional setting.
- Gaining practical exposure to procurement tools and systems used in the industry.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Management, Finance, or equivalent.
- Part qualifications in ACCA/ CIMA is an added advantage.
- The drive to excel and a never-give-up attitude.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
