By integrating Aiven’s best-in-class unified data and AI platform into Choreo, we now offer fully-managed data stores backed by open source foundations, allowing development teams to not only create and manage their APIs, services, web apps, and integrations but also the databases, caches, queues and other data services powering them.

At WSO2, we believe that providing developers with a seamless development experience is key to an internal developer platform. Our integration with Aiven now enables a seamless, integrated experience for engineering teams to run their entire digital infrastructure on Choreo.

Choreo users can simply select the database service from within the Choreo console, choose the cloud provider and deployment region of their choice, and click “Create” – Choreo and Aiven take care of everything else.

Billing is also handled by Choreo – users receive one consolidated bill from Choreo that also includes their Aiven usage, so users aren’t required to log into two platforms.
