TOTSCo is an organization dedicated to the development and operation of a messaging platform known as The TOTSCo Hub, aimed at enabling One Touch Switch (OTS) for residential fixed voice and broadband customers. At the core of the OTS concept lies the utilization of a centralized Hub, which serves as a comprehensive message-handling solution. This Hub acts as a singular point of interaction for all Retail Communication Providers (Retail CPs), facilitating seamless transitions for consumers between different service providers. The Retail CPs, representing entities with whom consumers have contractual agreements for services, engage with the Hub in both "gaining" and "losing" roles, streamlining the switching process. The Hub's infrastructure is constructed utilizing WSO2 API Manager and WSO2 Micro Integrator. The API Manager component offers robust API Lifecycle Management capabilities, ensuring efficient management and governance of interfaces. Meanwhile, the Micro Integrator component provides advanced Message Routing functionalities, orchestrating the flow of data and communication within the platform. By leveraging these technologies, TOTSCo along with Tech Mahindra’s support endeavors to optimize the OTS experience, simplifying the transition process for consumers while enhancing operational efficiency for Retail CPs. This strategic integration of cutting-edge solutions underscores TOTSCo's commitment to innovation and excellence in the telecommunications domain.
