AI-Native Platforms: Accelerating Software Development, Delivery, and Operations
As systems grow in complexity, traditional approaches to software delivery and operations are reaching their limits. AI is driving a new shift, toward platforms that are not just automated, but intelligent and context-aware.
This hands-on workshop explores how AI-native platforms enhance software delivery and runtime operations by embedding intelligence into CI/CD, deployment, and observability. By connecting data across pipelines, infrastructure, and telemetry into a unified context, platforms can enable smarter automation, faster troubleshooting, and more reliable systems.
Using OpenChoreo, a CNCF Sandbox project, the session demonstrates how CI/CD, GitOps, observability, and governance integrate with MCP-powered interfaces, built-in AI agents, and reusable agent skills to support real-world workflows.
By the end of the workshop, participants will understand how to move toward AI-native platforms that improve delivery speed, resilience, and operational efficiency.
