Building Enterprise-Ready Integration Agents
The shift toward the Agentic Enterprise is redefining how software systems are built, with AI agents evolving into active participants in business workflows. Yet, their real impact depends not just on intelligence, but on integration. Without strong connectivity to enterprise systems, data, and processes, agents remain isolated and limited in value.
This tutorial focuses on building enterprise-ready integration agents by treating integration as the foundation of agentic systems. It explores how modern integration platforms enable agents to interact with APIs, events, and workflows while maintaining context and reliability. Key capabilities such as multi-agent orchestration, real-time data access, and reusable design are covered alongside critical concerns like security, governance, and observability.
Through practical examples, participants will learn how to move beyond isolated AI experiments and build scalable, production-grade agents that deliver real business outcomes—unlocking the true potential of human-AI collaboration.
