Making Existing Systems and Data AI-Agent Accessible
Building an enterprise AI agent requires more than connecting to an LLM. Agents need access to enterprise systems, tools, and data, together with the right context and memory to perform useful business tasks.
In this hands-on tutorial, participants will use the WSO2 Integration Platform to build AI agents and connect them to the enterprise. We'll start by creating an agent and connecting it to AI models, then add memory and tools that allow the agent to interact with existing business capabilities.
We'll explore how existing APIs and integrations can be made available as agent tools, and how to build and expose MCP servers that provide standardized access to enterprise capabilities. We'll then bring these building blocks together to create agents that can reason, maintain context, use tools, and interact with real enterprise systems and data.
Participants will leave with hands-on experience building an enterprise-connected AI agent and a practical understanding of the core building blocks for making existing systems and data accessible to AI agents.
