As AI agents enter these environments, preserving organizational boundaries and trustworthy authorization becomes even more important.
This hands-on lab explores identity for multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications, including customer and partner modeling, enterprise federation, and organization-specific authentication experiences.
It also covers hierarchical organizations and delegated administration, including sub-organization modeling, onboarding, and application governance across organizational structures.
The lab extends these foundations to the agentic era focusing on how to leverage the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to expose business services to external AI ecosystems, and provide Agents as a service, securely at scale.
By the end of the lab, attendees will understand how to design secure B2B identity architectures that support multi-tenant SaaS, hierarchical organizations, delegated administration, and emerging agentic interactions.

Ayesha is an Associate Director and the Lead Architect for Identity and Access Management for Agentic AI at WSO2. She helps organizations adopt AI agents with confidence; building the identity, delegation, and authorization foundations that let autonomous systems be trusted with real access to real systems. With 12+ years in enterprise IAM, she designs solutions that hold up under production, regulatory, and audit pressure. She contributes to the industry standards shaping a new identity class: agents that act autonomously. She is part of the inaugural cohort of Agentic AI Foundation Ambassadors, and is a recognized voice on agent identity and AI security through her writing and speaking
