These support plans cover WSO2’s SaaS products Asgardeo, Bijira, Choreo, and Devant.

  1. Basic Support is priced at a fixed rate of $200 per month + 2% of the subscriber’s total monthly bill across all SaaS products that the subscriber has a paid subscription to.
  2. Enterprise Support pricing is customized for you. Please contact us for pricing.

  1. Basic Support can be purchased via the “Billing Portal” available in the console of any of the WSO2 SaaS products.
  2. Contact us to purchase Enterprise Support.

Usage of WSO2 SaaS support plans, and SLAs are governed by the WSO2 SaaS Support Policy.

Service uptime guarantees for WSO2 SaaS products are governed by the respective Service Uptime Policy for each cloud product.
