Brion Silva

Brion is a Technical Lead based in our office in Colombo.

Before he joined WSO2, Brion worked as a trainee Associate Software Engineer at Zone24x7. He worked in the MATRIX24x7 team as a full stack engineer and was mainly responsible for the maintenance of the front end codebase.

Brion has a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from the University of Westminster, UK. For his final year project, Brion implemented an image processing based QA platform for testing cybersickness susceptibility in VR applications.

He won multiple awards while he was at university, including a merit award at NBQSA 2017 and a silver award at Innoserve Awards 2017(Taipei, Taiwan).

Brion enjoys playing the keyboard, listening to music, watching TV shows, and eating street food during his leisure time.
