With a strong track record of building high-performing partner ecosystems across AWS, Microsoft, and Google, she specializes in “build-with” innovation, accelerating co-sell motions, expanding marketplace presence, and delivering joint GTM initiatives that create measurable impact.

Before WSO2, Cathleen held senior partnership leadership roles at Datastax, JFrog, Solo.io, and Flosum, where she developed strategic integrations, launched partner marketplaces, and built programs that significantly increased revenue through partner channels.
