Agent Governence
As enterprises move from static, read-only chatbots to autonomous agents that plan multi-step workflows, invoke tools, and act on live systems, governance can no longer be an afterthought bolted onto a system prompt. This talk focuses on agent governance: what it means to give an organization real visibility into, and control over, what its autonomous agents are allowed to do, on whose behalf, and with what accountability.
Drawing on real-world engineering experience building agent management platforms, this session examines the core pillars of agent governance, identity and access for non-human agents, governed access to LLMs and the tools agents can invoke, lifecycle oversight from deployment to decommissioning, and auditability of agent decisions and actions. Attendees will leave with a practical framework for assessing whether their organization's agent deployments are merely automated, or genuinely governed.
