American Express Customer Story

American Express Global Business Travel needed to capture bookings made by American Express across the world into one system that could be used as the central point of data access. This proved difficult because each country used different proprietary or custom-made global distribution systems.

Now, American Express uses WSO2 integration technology in their microservice architecture to orchestrate and process over 2.8 million messages a day. The entire infrastructure is deployed on Kubernetes for high scalability.
