Job Summary

Join our dynamic Finance Team as a Senior Procurement Officer, where your primary role will be to support our day-to-day procurement operations. You will bridge the gap between procurement logistics and financial integrity managing everything from vendor relations and contract negotiation to fixed asset tracking and rigorous audit compliance (ISO/SOC 2). This role requires a blend of analytical precision, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to maintain seamless internal controls.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the end-to-end procurement process: monitor purchase requisitions, solicit competitive quotations, and issue purchase orders (POs).
  • Track deliveries, monitor inventory levels, and resolve supply issues promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Team to facilitate timely vendor payments and assist in rigorous invoice verification and account reconciliations.
  • Source new vendors for goods and services as per operational requirements and ensure timely supply in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchases, invoices, and supplier communications.
  • Oversee fixed asset purchases and maintain accurate fixed asset records for tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfill material and service needs/improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities, expenditure, and supplier performance.
  • Support operational teams during ISO, SOC 2, and other audits by providing and maintaining all purchase related records and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Partial or full qualification in ACCA or CIMA is highly preferred.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in operational procurement, specifically within high-growth or audit-heavy environments.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, inventory management, and internal control frameworks.
  • Experience in purchase order management, fixed asset procurement, and record keeping.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements, internal controls, and audit support (ISO, SOC 2, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
