About the Role
As part of this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in building production-grade cloud platforms and SaaS deployments. You’ll be exposed to modern DevOps and SRE tools and practices such as infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and incident management. You'll have the opportunity to work on real-world projects with global impact, while receiving mentorship from experienced SRE and cloud engineers.
What We're Looking For
- Passionate about Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps principles.
- Curious and self-motivated, with a strong interest in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS environments, and incident management tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
- Eager to explore automation, monitoring, observability, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Willing to learn and contribute to building high-performance, reliable systems.
We’re seeking undergraduates who are:
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking, or container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Previous academic or personal projects related to cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure automation will be considered as a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
