The company’s core AI models ingest information in and around the insurance industry that feeds into their conversational chatbot – Sybil.
Sybil is a virtual insurance assistant that speaks the language of insurance, understanding each nuance and transaction from underwriting and claims to coverage options. It is capable of engaging in detailed conversations with agents and brokers to provide actionable insights, answer complex queries, and assist in policy analysis.
Linqura simplifies traditionally manual, time-consuming processes in insurance, such as policy comparison, risk assessment, and coverage recommendations, allowing novel and seasoned insurance agents/companies to easily gather real-time information and policy analysis to provide coverage recommendations for a particular business.

Linqura’s primary mission of building cutting-edge AI solutions in business insurance requires integrating multiple data sources from customer records, actuarial reports, and claims databases in order to predict potential risks and offer tailored insurance recommendations. Real-time visibility and access to data feeds (such as weather patterns for disaster risk or credit scores for customer evaluation) required manual integration across multiple APIs and environments. However, managing these complex integrations manually consumed significant time and resources, diverting development teams away from enhancing their core AI risk algorithms.
As a result, considerable time and effort was spent elsewhere on optimizing their operational workflows and integrating systems to derive coherent insights for their policy recommendations. This not only led to slower development cycles and delays in scaling their AI solutions but also impacted time to market. Given these challenges, the company needed a developer platform capable of providing a unified and high-level view of their environments. Such a platform would allow them to monitor system health, proactively address issues to prevent disruptions, and minimize potential downtime in their AI models, ensuring operational efficiency and uninterrupted service delivery.
