Linqura is an insurance AI company primarily focused on helping agents, brokers, and carriers make better and informed decisions throughout the insurance value chain. The company’s core AI models ingest information in and around the insurance industry that feeds into their conversational chatbot – Sybil.

Sybil is a virtual insurance assistant that speaks the language of insurance, understanding each nuance and transaction from underwriting and claims to coverage options. It is capable of engaging in detailed conversations with agents and brokers to provide actionable insights, answer complex queries, and assist in policy analysis.

Linqura simplifies traditionally manual, time-consuming processes in insurance, such as policy comparison, risk assessment, and coverage recommendations, allowing novel and seasoned insurance agents/companies to easily gather real-time information and policy analysis to provide coverage recommendations for a particular business.

Challenge

Linqura’s primary mission of building cutting-edge AI solutions in business insurance requires integrating multiple data sources from customer records, actuarial reports, and claims databases in order to predict potential risks and offer tailored insurance recommendations. Real-time visibility and access to data feeds (such as weather patterns for disaster risk or credit scores for customer evaluation) required manual integration across multiple APIs and environments.
