- Basic Support is priced at a fixed rate of $200 per month + 2% of the subscriber’s total monthly bill across all SaaS products that the subscriber has a paid subscription to.
- Enterprise Support pricing is customized. Please contact us for pricing.
- Basic Support can be purchased via the “Billing Portal” available in any WSO2 SaaS console.
