WSO2 Training and Certification During Lockdown: Timeline of Highlights

By the end of March, just as most of the world started operating in lockdown mode, we too were forced to stay indoors and work from home full time. We’ve always had a flexible work culture so working from home was not something completely alien, but it was definitely a challenging period for most of us.

We were equal to the challenge.

Despite the frenzy, we made sure that our partners and customers were able to reach their learning goals from the safety of their homes. What’s more, we’ve had over 600 registrations for certifications and more than 3,600 new users on our learning platform within the quarter.

Here’s a quick recap of what we were up to in the past 3 months and our successes.

April 2020

WSO2 API Manager LIVE Training Online

In addition to sessions conducted in English for two separate time zones, we also had sessions conducted in Portuguese and Spanish. This was a massive success with over 2,000 sign-ups in total, reaching more than 100 countries. Recordings of these sessions can be accessed here.

WSO2 Identity Server Training Material and Certification

Along with the usual presentations and hands-on exercises, this time the WSO2 Identity Server team created some engaging videos. These videos too were very popular with over 1,000 sign-ups in less than 3 months. Going through the training material takes just 2 and a half days, and after that, you can attempt to gain the WSO2 Identity Server certification which we are currently offering for free.

May 2020

WSO2 Enterprise Integrator LIVE Training Online

Following the success of the WSO2API Manager course, we launched our WSO2 Enterprise Integrator online training series in English during the beginning of May, with students across the world joining in. You can access the recordings any time you like here.

June 2020

WSO2 Enterprise Integrator 7.0 Certification

In addition to the WSO2 Enterprise Integrator 7.0 Streaming Integrator certification that we launched last year, experts in WSO2 Enterprise Integrator 7.0 Micro Integrator can now show off their skills by taking the test!

WSO2 API Manager Training Material

We’ve shared the latest training material for WSO2 API Manager Developer Fundamentals and WSO2 API Manager Developer Advanced.

WSO2 Open Banking Introductory Material

The WSO2 Open Banking team has shared an introductory course on our learning platform.
