People Operations & Administration Officer

Job Summary

As a People Operations & Administration Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience across the organization. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of core HR processes, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and day-to-day operations. You will actively contribute to building and improving HR practices, drive initiatives that support employee engagement, and identify opportunities to streamline and enhance processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support and progressively take ownership of HR initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive and continuously improve performance management processes, including tracking, coordination, and reporting.
  • Provide analytics-backed recommendations to enhance talent management, engagement, and retention programs using dashboards and other relevant tools.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate experience.
  • Contribute to talent management initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Maintain and support employee compensation processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist and initiate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
  • Support and gradually take ownership of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to office management functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operational and administrative support.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and presentation is an added advantage.
  • A curious, self-motivated individual with a strong willingness to learn.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to take initiative and lead tasks when required.
  • Ability to effectively engage with multicultural candidates and global recruitment partners.
