About the Role

We're seeking dynamic and strategic Account Managers to join our collaborative and open-source-focused sales team. In this role, you'll cultivate strong relationships with clients globally, understanding their unique requirements and assisting them in reaching their business objectives through our cutting-edge technology solutions.

At WSO2, our Account Managers don't rely on high-pressure sales tactics. Instead, they focus on building strategic relationships, comprehending client needs, and acting as a bridge between customers and our teams. You'll be accountable for maintaining the overall health of client relationships, facilitating access to information, education, advice, and engagement models, and ensuring efficient procurement of services to support clients in achieving their business goals.

Your key responsibilities

  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Develop deep relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact and advocate within WSO2.
  • Uncover Opportunities and Drive Results: Identify customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work cross-functionally with WSO2 teams to ensure clients receive seamless support and achieve success.
  • Think Strategically: Develop and execute multi-year account plans to drive long-term growth and satisfaction.
  • Travel the World: Be prepared for international travel to meet clients and attend events.
  • Language Fluency: Spoken and written Spanish proficiency is a must.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Highly Motivated: A self-starter passionate about building relationships and solving problems.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong presentation and written communication skills.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand complex business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in enterprise technology, is a plus.
